Returns, refunds and Delivery Policy
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns and exchanges for any personal preference and unwanted reason. But we are happy to provide exchange for sizing in the same design of the item within 7 days from the date you purchase.
The garment must be sent back in the original condition with no signs of wear and unused condition as it sold to you (any returned back item by postal at your own cost). Garment must have all tags and packaging attached.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Accessories cannot be exchanged and returned due to health regulations.

Please choose goods carefully as we are not obliged to provide a refund/exchange for change your mind.
Any exchanges are at our discretion. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, such as unworn/unwashed with original tags.

ONLINE SHOPPING POST-BACK PROCESS
Should you wish to post back your garment for exchange, you must contact us via calling or email within 24 hours of receiving it to notify us of your intention to “exchange”.
The item must then be sent back to us within 7 days, at your own expense.
Seedling reserves the right to not accept your item if there is an issue.
DELIVERY
All items will be dispatched in 3 working days once the payment received and cleared. All parcels will be posted with insurance via couriers.
Any damage incurred in transit will be the responsibility of the courier firm.
